Ein 3D gedrucktes Gehäuse für die Teenage Engineering Pocket Operators.  Wie alle Gehäuse, ist auch das Gehäuse mit hochwertigen Prusament und  Extrudr filament auf Prusa i3 3D Drucker gedruckt. 

Die Topplatte des Gehäuses ist dicker und in einem Stück mit dem Mittelteil des Gehäuses gedruckt. Die dickere Topplatte sorgt für eine bessere Führung der Tasten. Die Tasten sind mit 100% Infill und einer Schichthöhe von 0,1mm und 2 verschiedenen Materialien gedruckt. Während der untere Teil der Tasten lichtdurchlässig ist, besteht der obere Teil aus einem gummiartigen Material was für einen besseren Grip sorgt.

Die Oberseite des Gehäuses hat eine sehr schöne Oberfläche da sie umgekehrt auf einer strukturierten Oberfläche gedruckt wird. 

Das das Gehäuse mit PETG gedruckt ist, ist es sehr stabil und auch gegen UV Strahlung resistent. Dadurch eignet es sich auch hervorragend für den Outdooreinsatz.

Hinweis: Für das Einsetzen der Pocket Operator in das Gehäuse, muss der PO Hanger restlos entfernt werden. Rückstände müssen evtl. vorsichtig abgeschliffen werden damit die Oberseite der Pocket Operator glatt und gerade ist. Auf gar keinen Fall die Pocket Operator mit Gewalt in das Gehäuse einsetzen!

Wer den Anhänger des Pocket Operator nicht entfernen möchten, findet im Shop auch Gehäuse, wo durch eine Öffnung auf der Gehäuserückseite der Anhänger des Pocket Operators geführt werden kann.

A 3D printed case for the Teenage Engineering Pocket Operators. Like all cases, the case is made with high quality Prusament and Extrudr filament on Prusa i3 3D printer printed.

The top plate of the case is thicker and printed in one piece with the middle part of the case. The thicker top plate ensures better key guidance. The keys are printed with 100% infill and a layer height of 0.1mm and 2 different materials. While the lower part of the keys is translucent, the upper part is made of a rubber-like material which provides a better grip.

The top of the case has a very nice finish as it is reverse printed on a textured surface.

Because the housing is printed with PETG, it is very stable and also resistant to UV radiation. This makes it ideal for outdoor use.

Note: To insert the pocket operator into the housing, the PO hanger must be completely removed. Residue may need to be carefully sanded off to ensure the top of the Pocket Operator is smooth and straight. Never force the Pocket Operator into the case!

If you don't want to remove the Pocket Operator's pendant, you can also find cases in the shop where the Pocket Operator's pendant can be inserted through an opening on the back of the case.
