OPERATOR Gehäuse STEEL GRIP - 3D printed case for the Teenage Engineering Pocket Operator

A 3D printed case for the Teenage Engineering Pocket Operator featuring a calculator case design. The case is printed with high quality extrude.com PLA.

The top plate of the case is made of plastic and has a brushed steel finish. It is laser cut and engraved.

The base plate is 5mm thicker than the standard base plate and has an opening that allows access to the batteries without opening the housing. In addition, the edges are rounded, which is why a layer height of only 0.1 mm is required during 3D printing to achieve a clean rounding. This increases the printing time of the housing by 5 hours!

The openings for the sockets now have a wider opening with a diameter of 13.5 mm instead of the previous 9.8 mm housing.

And for all lovers of hangers - The back of the case has a prepared opening for the hanger, which can be opened with a cutter.
